Terms and Conditions – Nektar Online Store
1. General
Welcome to the Nektar online store (hereinafter "online store"). These terms and conditions apply to transactions between the online store and its customers, and to the use of the website. By using the online store, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
2. Ordering
All orders are placed through the online store. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their order information. Upon placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with Finnish law. We accept common payment cards, online banking payments, and other payment methods indicated in the online store. Payments are made securely via an SSL-encrypted connection.
4. Delivery
We deliver orders within Finland to selected delivery addresses, and delivery methods are indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and in the order confirmation. Nektar is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Right of Exchange and Return
The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Returns must be communicated to our customer service before the product is sent.
Nektar also has a separate 60-day right of return.
6. Complaints
If the customer finds a defect or fault in a product, the customer must immediately contact our customer service. We will primarily aim to resolve the situation by either replacing the product or crediting the purchase within the limits of the law.
7. Customer Data and Data Protection
We process our customers' personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The principles of data collection and use are described in more detail in our privacy policy.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, texts, logos, and other content presented in the online store are the property of Nektar or its partners. Copying or other use of the content without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nektar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the online store, delays, or the availability of services.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any potential disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in Finnish general courts.
