What payment methods do you offer?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3-10 days. You will receive an email and text message when your package is ready for pickup.

What does a shower filter clean from water?

Chlorine, heavy metals, microplastics and many other harmful substances.

How often should the replacement filter be changed?

One filter filters up to 6,500 liters of water. Please note that the filter replacement interval can vary significantly depending on the local water quality – for example, the water in a city apartment and a summer cottage may be different.

Recommended replacement intervals:

1 person household: about 4 months

2-person household: approximately 2–3 months

3-person household: about 1 month

The recommendations are based on statistics on the average shower water consumption of Finns.

Do your products have any certificates?

The activated carbon cartridge in our shower filter meets several international quality and safety standards:

NSF/ANSI 42 – Ensures that the filter effectively removes chlorine and improves the taste, odor and clarity of the water.

NSF/ANSI 61 – Certifies that filter materials are safe and do not release harmful substances into the water.

NSF/ANSI 177 – A certification specifically for shower filters that guarantees chlorine removal efficiency.

ISO 9001 – Quality management system certification that guarantees high quality in the manufacturing process.

RoHS – Ensures that the filter does not contain substances harmful to the environment or health (e.g. lead, mercury).

CE marking – Although the CE marking is not actually a performance certification related to water purification, it indicates that the product meets EU safety and health requirements.
