Order and delivery terms
Delivery time:
All orders are processed quickly – your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order (weekdays). Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from the date of order shipment. We ship from our own warehouse.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are automatically added to your order at checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping on orders over a certain purchase amount, are clearly stated at checkout.
Order confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email of your order immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

Unclaimed package
Non-redeeming is not the same as a refund or cancellation.
We will not refund any undelivered orders. We will charge a delivery fee for re-delivery of the package.
Please contact us if you have any problems picking up your package.
