We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection law, which begins on the day you receive your order.

Return Policy

-You can try our product risk-free for 14 days; we also accept returns for used products if you are not satisfied with them.

-The return notification must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

-Returns are free of charge for the customer.

How to return

You can make a return notification in any form. The notification can be sent, for example, by email or WhatsApp. The notification should include:

-Customer name

-Order number

-Products to be returned

-Date

If you wish, you can contact our customer service, and we will provide you with more detailed instructions and the return address.

Return processing & refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund your payment to your original payment method within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

Damage in transit

If the product you ordered is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service at info@nektar.fi. Please include:

-Order number

-Description of the damage

-Photos of the damaged product and packaging
