We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act , which starts from the day you receive your order.

Return policy

-You can try our product risk-free for 14 days, we also accept returns for used products if you are not satisfied with it.

-Return notification must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

-Returns are free of charge for the customer.

How to return

You can make a return notification in a free format . The notification can be submitted, for example, by email or WhatsApp. The notification should state:

-Subscriber's name

-Order number

-Returnable products

-Date

Return processing & refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund your payment to your original payment method within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Damage during transportation

If the product you ordered has been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service at info@nektar.fi . Please include:

-Order number

-Description of the damage

-Photos of the damaged product and packaging
