Activated carbon - Top-level filtration
Activated carbon is carbon that has been treated to be very porous – it has a huge number of tiny pores that provide a large surface area to mass ratio.
This makes it an excellent adsorbent.
As water flows through activated carbon, chemicals and impurities adhere to its porous surface.
Physical and chemical bonds bind these substances to the carbon, trapping them in the filter.
The process does not change the chemical composition of the water, but effectively removes impurities from it.

How often should the replacement filter be changed?
One filter filters up to 6,500 liters of water. Please note that the filter replacement interval can vary significantly depending on the local water quality – for example, the water in a city apartment and a summer cottage may be different.
Recommended replacement intervals:
1 person household: about 4 months
2-person household: approximately 2–3 months
3-person household: about 1 month
The recommendations are based on statistics on the average shower water consumption of Finns.

Todella upea, hiukseni tulivat tosiaankin heti ekalla pesulla eri tuntoisiksi. Aikaisemmin tein kovan työn pesun jälkeen, että sain kammattua hiukset, nyt kampa meni heti läpi kuin öljyhoidon jälkeen

Tuotehan on loistava. Vesi tulee todella miellyttävästi päästä ja hanaakaan ei tarvitse avata niin suurelle kuin oli ennestään tottunut. Voin suositella kyllä tätä

Nektar suihkupää on loistava tuote! Vettä tulee suihkusta kovalla paineella, joten hanaa ei tarvitse avata niin paljon. Huomasin myös muutaman viikon käytön jälkeen, ettei hanan päälle ja laattoihin enää kerry valkoista kalkkia, myös veden rautapitoisuuden aiheuttamat punertavat jäljet on vähentyneet huomattavasti. Iho ja hiukset kiittää!
